Service — ICF/ID

Intermediate Care Facility (ICF/ID)

Intermediate care facilities (ICF/ID) are designed to maximize independence in a 24-hour support, group living environment. They are state licensed and federally funded agencies intended to assist individuals with a primary diagnosis of Intellectual Disabilities. At Tomorrow's Hope, there are 6 to 8 residents in each home.

This program provides active treatment for each resident; through daily learning opportunities for the individual and teaching opportunities for the staff. Programming is based upon the resident's person-centered plan, as well as the principle that all people are to be treated with dignity and respect by building strong and lasting relationships and bonds with them and their families.

Tomorrow's Hope believes all individuals desire and need meaning in their life; therefore, we strive to see their abilities first and the disability second.
