Christine Woodside

Social Worker - With Tomorrow's Hope since 2016

Christine Woodside is a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and compassionate advocate with a lifelong passion for helping those in need. Married to a U.S. Marine serving in the special operations community, Christine developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by military families. Throughout her husband’s service, she became actively involved in supporting fellow Marines, their spouses, and their children. During deployments, Christine played an important role in organizing and participating in wives’ gatherings, helping families stay connected, encouraged, and supported until their loved ones safely returned home.

As the mother of four children, Christine’s heart for caring for others continued to grow beyond her own family. Inspired to make a greater impact in her community, she attended Northwest Nazarene University, where she earned her degree in Social Work. Her education strengthened her commitment to advocacy, compassion, and service to vulnerable populations.

Following graduation, Christine joined the nonprofit organization Tomorrow’s Hope in Meridian, Idaho, where she now serves as a Licensed Social Worker. Christine has a special heart for individuals with disabilities and works tirelessly to ensure their medical, emotional, and financial needs are met with dignity and care. She regularly visits the residential homes supported by Tomorrow’s Hope, meeting with staff members and interacting personally with clients whenever possible. Her mission is to help each individual experience as much independence, joy, and normalcy in life as possible.

Christine is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through compassionate care, advocacy, and access to meaningful resources. Her work focuses on empowering people to navigate challenges, strengthen well-being, and build pathways toward stability and opportunity. Through a client-centered approach, Christine strives to create supportive environments that encourage growth, resilience, and positive change in every life she touches.

Outside of her professional work, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved dog. Together, they enjoy road trips throughout Idaho, taking cruises to Alaska, and traveling to beautiful destinations such as Ireland. Christine’s life is centered around faith, family, service, and a heartfelt commitment to caring for others.

Jess Park

Office Manager - With Tomorrow's Hope since 2023

Jessica Park brings 20 years of experience in the disability field. Her career path has included positions of Developmental Technician, Developmental Specialist, QA Specialist, Program Coordinator, Program Support Specialist, and Program Manager. Her diverse experience reflects her deep passion and commitment for advocacy, quality care, and supporting individuals in reaching their fullest potential. She graduated in 1993 from Macalester College (MN) with BS degrees in Psychology and Sociology.

Jessica has been with Tomorrow's Hope since 2019, currently serving as both Office Manager and QIDP for a ResHab home. She values the opportunity to combine administrative leadership with direct support services, allowing her to stay connected with both staff and residents. Whether assisting with office operations, supporting residential care needs, coordinating community outings, or helping plan company events, Jessica enjoys being a welcoming presence for both the individuals served and her fellow team members.

One of Jessica's favorite aspects of her role is having "the best of both worlds" - balancing administrative responsibilities while continuing to work directly with residents and staff in the home and community setting. She believes meaningful care comes from building relationships, fostering community inclusion, and creating supportive environments where individuals can thrive. Afterall HOPE happens here!

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys thrifting, yard sales, watching movies and reality shows, game nights with friends, church involvement, and spending time with her family (27yo daughter, 25yo son, and two "fur humans" a chihuahua and a maltipoo).

A few fun facts about Jessica: she skipped 7th grade. In 2025, to celebrate 50 years of her adoption, Jessica traveled to Korea with her adult kids and visited where she was abandoned and found (at 2 months old), the steps of Seoul City Hall - an experience that gave her a sense of both healing and gratitude.

Donna Connor

Developmental Specialist - With Tomorrow's Hope since 1999

I have been the Developmental Specialist at our DDA for more than 25 years. I love my job! Most of us have been together for many years and we have all learned so much from each other. We are family. Newcomers are always welcome.

We are active. Our time is spent, not only volunteering in our community, but frequenting local community recreation and businesses. Driving golf balls, playing bocce ball and corn hole in the park, and walking to the library are always the favorites when the weather is nice. When we are indoors, we play games, make craft items for ourselves and to donate to others, cook, and enjoy ourselves.

Maria Sotelo-Dominguez

QIDP - With Tomorrow's Hope since 2023

I have more than eighteen years of experience working with the DD/ID population. I recently earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State, and my career has centered on supporting others through compassionate, person-centered care.

I began at Eagle House as a staff member in 2010 and later transferred to Deb House in 2013. After stepping away from Tomorrow’s Hope to complete my undergraduate degree, I continued to grow professionally by working as a QIDP with other Res-Hab agencies. I returned to Tomorrow’s Hope in October 2023 as a QIDP, bringing both experience and a strong commitment to the people and communities I serve.

Outside of work, I enjoy dancing to bachata, merengue, cumbia, and salsa, and I especially love spending time outdoors. In the fall, one of my favorite places to visit is the Boise Greenbelt when it is lined with beautiful autumn colors. Hot springs are my favorite form of self-care, and during the summer I spend as much time as I can paddleboarding and swimming in pools, lakes, and rivers.

Holli Hardesty

QIDP - With Tomorrow's Hope since 2024

Holli currently serves as a QIDP for the Lavin House. She has worked in the human services field for nearly 10 years, with the last 4 years focused specifically in the QIDP role. She began working in this field right out of high school and continued throughout college and post-college, where she discovered her passion for supporting individuals with behavioral, intellectual, and mental health needs across a variety of settings.

Over the years, she has worked with both children and adults in day centers, homes, community settings, and group homes, gaining hands-on experience in behavior intervention, mental health support, care coordination, and individualized care planning. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology with a concentration in Social Welfare, which further strengthened her commitment to individual-centered care and advocacy.

What Holli loves most about QIDP work is the balance between direct client engagement and behind-the-scenes coordination. She enjoys building relationships with clients, training staff, writing behavior plans and programs, and collaborating with doctors and interdisciplinary teams to help individuals receive the best possible support. She loves working at Tomorrow’s Hope because collaboration isn’t just encouraged, it’s how the team naturally operates. Her coworkers have been genuinely supportive, and her team shows up every day committed to delivering the best possible care for clients. This is the first company she has been a part of that truly invests in its people, providing meaningful support, clear growth paths, and real opportunities to strive for more. That commitment to both staff and clients is why she is proud to continue her work there.

Outside of work, Holli’s family is her passion. She loves spending time with her husband, their two amazing kids, and their 3 dogs. Her stepdaughter (8) is “fire on wheels,” always chasing the next outdoor adventure — from morel mushroom hunting and huckleberry picking to swimming and exploring nature. Her stepson (10) brings the perfect balance with his laid-back love for video games, art, Magic: The Gathering, and the occasional outdoor adventure. Together, they are both completely willing to risk it all for a good boba drink. Her husband is the best mix of both kids - adventurous and grounded - and enjoys family time, discovering new shows, working out, cooking, and snowboardingPark, Jessica. Their family is looking forward to a new addition to the household in July 2026 – a baby girl. In her free time, Holli enjoys discovering new shows or movies, spending time outdoors during the summer, and playing in competitive volleyball leagues, including grass, sand, and indoor volleyball.
